Conducting the test
- Remove the tick and place in the provided sample tube
- put 5 drops of buffer solution into the sample tube
- Crush the tick with the rod and stir the mixture well
- Add 1 drop of extract and 2 drops of buffer into the sample of the test device
- After 10 minutes you can read the result
